"Jim is a supportive, thoughtful individual. Many of his teachings have found their way into my daily life. Having suffered 3 fractures in my shoulder and having utilized all the therapy that insurance allowed, it was Jim who provided me with the best stretches that returned motion to my shoulder and arm. Multiple times within each class he reminds us to let go, relax the muscles not involved in the current movement. I use this nightly for sleep. Breathe.
